We will need to remove everything off of the house in order for the sun to dry it out. We will also remove or fix any unsafe areas. Then,we will move inside and remove all unwanted items. This will give us a clean slate to begin the renovations.

Remove all over grown shrubs and bushes from house. Notice step on porch missing. We will fix all areas that are unsafe. This back patio area needs to be removed, since the roof was caving in as well as the floor. We will be taking down 8 trees from the yard to allow more light into the yard. Any of the trees are dead, and are taking away nutrients for a health lawn. Bathrooms - You can see right through the wall into the master bath. We gutted both Bathrooms to start from scratch. Here is the outside since clearing the yard and around the house. This is where the unsafe structure stood in the back of the house. We also cleared the majority of the bushes from around the pool area to begin cleaning and prepping the pool for the season


Outside, we removed the awnings from the windows, and debris from the yard, gutters that were not functioning properly, just to touch on a few. Inside, we also removed most light fixtures, window treatments, most shelving in closets, misc items left on walls, etc.

It does not look like much yet, but this allows us to begin the exterior work. The inside will be cleaned and will tighten out the renovation projects to begin.

Our first “Featured Project” is a single family home that has not been maintained in about 8 years. The home has great potential, and a ton of space to work with! Although it has not been maintained in so long, there were a few solid pieces to the property. You always hear location, location, location, well in this case that definitely rang true. The neighborhood consits of mature homes, with stable property values within the area. This is important, since the work needed will not put the homeowner upside down on the new property. This means that if the homeowner decided/needed to sell, there would not be a loss. It will only increase the resale value. Below please find some of the before pictures.

Living room Formal dining room with pocket doors Bedroom #1 In this picture, take a look at the ceiling and how uneven the strokes are. Some people do prefer this look, but we will be evening out all ceilings. Living room Hallway on first floor, also keep your eye on the floors. They are beautiful wide pine boards, but have taken a beaten over the years. Some rooms were even painted. We will be restoring them during the renovation. Mud Room This structure in the back yard is extremely unsafe, and needs to be removed. Laundry Room Mud Room The kitchen is in need of some TLC. It is extremely dark, and the appliances are outdated.
